Federal Mandamus
When USCIS, the National Visa Center, or another agency leaves an application pending far beyond normal processing times, a federal mandamus action asks a U.S. district court to order the agency to decide. We prepare the complaint, serve the federal defendants, and negotiate or litigate until a decision is issued. Clients often come to us after months or years of silence, and many see movement in their case quickly.
Family Immigration
We file I-130 petitions for spouses, children, parents, and siblings, then guide the case through consular processing or adjustment of status. We document the genuine nature of the relationship, prepare financial support and supporting affidavits, and answer Requests for Evidence so a petition is not delayed or denied on technical grounds.
Green Card Applications
We handle adjustment of status inside the United States, consular processing abroad, employment-based categories, and renewal or replacement of permanent resident cards. We review eligibility, assemble the filing package, prepare clients for the medical exam and interview, and track priority dates so that no deadline or document is missed.
Naturalization
We review your immigration history against the three-year and five-year eligibility windows, prepare the N-400 application, and get you ready for the civics test, English test, and interview. If a prior issue raises a risk, we address it before you file rather than after the interview.
Immigration Litigation & Appeals
We represent clients in immigration court, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in the federal appellate courts on petitions for review, motions to reopen, and appeals of denied applications. We build the record carefully at every stage, because the arguments made today shape the options available at the next level.
Interview Representation
We provide attorney and interpreter accompaniment for USCIS interviews, including marriage-based adjustment, asylum, and naturalization interviews. Being represented changes the tone of the interview, keeps communication clear, and protects the record if an officer raises an unexpected concern.
